Last April, GameTomo brought the emotional narrative adventure game Sumire ($5.99) to iOS as a premium release. The iOS version followed the PC and Nintendo Switch releases. Read my review of the iOS version here and Shaun’s review of the Nintendo Switch version of Sumire here. Sumire is a one-day journey through a gorgeous Japanese village where you take on the role of Sumire who is trying to help a spirit see as much of the human world in one day in what ends up being a very emotional adventure. Watch the Sumire iOS and iPadOS release trailer below:
Sumire is priced at $9.99 on Nintendo Switch and Steam usually. The App Store version playable on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS is usually priced at $5.99. It has gotten its first discount today and is down to $2.99 for a limited time. Check it out here on the App Store. Check out the Sumire soundtrack here and the official website here. I’m not sure what happened to the Android version that was planned, but hopefully it does come out soon. Have you played Sumire yet or will you be grabbing it with today’s discount on iOS?
