Yes, we are alive. After taking most of December off from recording we did our big end of year show with the intention of coming back in full force in the new year, but instead we just sort of… took another month off. I really apologize to those who look forward to our show each week. As was the case in December I had a ton of stuff going on with moving back into our house and recording just never worked out when we needed it too. On top of that I’ve been dealing with deteriorating mental health and other personal issues, and, well, let’s just say that our mostly unplanned 2 month-ish hiatus has been a good break.
But! I totally missed you guys, and missed my weekly BS session with Eli, so now I’m really hoping we’ll be back on track to recording every week again. As for this week’s episode, it’s full of our special brand of irreverent discussion about all sorts of gaming and non-gaming topics like the Playdate’s stagnation, the Analogue Pocket’s long-road to awesomeness, fish tanks, and more. We even talk about mobile games a bit, which reminded me that that is in fact what this podcast is supposed to be about. So sit back, relax, enjoy the show, and hopefully we’ll see you next week and every week after.
Don’t forget to shoot us emails with any questions, feedback, or anything else relevant or irrelevant to podcast@toucharcade.com.
