Sting is on a roll with remasters of classics for mobile and Switch. We’ve seen the RPGs Yggdra Union: We’ll Never Fight Alone and Gloria Union hit iOS, Android, and Switch in Japan, but nothing has been announced for the West sadly. Today, Sting announced another project for Japan. This is a remaster of the 2010-released PSP tactical RPG Blaze Union: Story to Reach the Future. Blaze Union: Story to Reach the Future was published by Atlus in Japan, and it never saw a global release. It hits mobile and Switch in Japan next year. I’ve never played Blaze Union: Story to Reach the Future before, and as with other Sting remasters for mobile, I hope we do see this in the West somehow. Maybe Aksys or NIS America can work on the Nintendo Swtich version to localize in the future. As of now, the remaster of Blaze Union: Story to Reach the Future is set for 2023 release in Japan on iOS, Android, and Nintendo Switch. Maybe with this out, we can get a compilation of multiple games in the West. The ones that are translated ideally would be out already, but nothing has happened so far. Have you played any of Sting’s PSP games before?
