‘Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited’ Gets Surprise Release on iOS and Android With New Features

NIS just surprise launched Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited on iOS and Android as a premium release (via Gematsu). Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited is an enhanced version of Disgaea 4. The original game debuted on PS3 before it was ported to PS Vita as Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited. This version was then brought to PS4 and Switch with additional features. It was then finally ported to PC back in 2020. The iOS and Android version has support for cloud saves, auto-battle, and a lot more including partial PS4 controller support as detailed by the App Store page. Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited follows Disgaea 1 Complete ($32.99) which is the best version of the first Disgaea game. Read my review of the iOS version here. Watch the Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited console trailer below:

You can currently buy Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited on the App Store for iOS here and on Google Play for Android here for $32.99. Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited is priced the same as Disgaea 1 Complete on mobile. Check that out here on iOS and here on Android. As of this writing, Disgaea 4 Complete+ on Switch and PS4 is priced at $49.99. We usually see some surprise launches in December each year, and this is definitely a good one. While I prefer Disgaea 5, I’m glad to have another way to experience the fourth mainline entry in the series. Have you played a Disgaea game before and are you going to get this on mobile today?
