Over the weekend, Genshin Impact (Free) developer HoYoverse (formerly miHoYo) launched a teaser website for a new game. This game is titled Zenless Zone Zero and a full reveal is planned for this Friday (May 13th). The teaser website mentions a sub-Hollow disaster in a district, with no more information barring an announcement that will come on May 13th. More details for Zenless Zone Zero will be revealed on that day, but the website’s source code has mentions of a Zenless Zone Zero beta, Zenless Zone Zero sign-ups, and more terms related to miHoYo and HoYoverse. Zenless Zone Zero will be the developer’s first new game after Honkai Star Rail that is yet to see a global launch after beta testing. I’m curious to see what the genre for Zenless Zone Zero will be. I would love it if HoYoverse tries something completely different with this one, but will check out the game regardless. My biggest hope is the music retains the same level of quality as the Genshin Impact music which is one of the highlights of the game. If you haven’t played Genshin Impact yet, you can download it for free on the App Store for iOS here and on Google Play for Android here. We featured Genshin Impact as our Game of the Week when it released and awarded it our 2020 Game of the Year. What would you like to see from Zenless Zone Zero and do you still play Genshin Impact regularly?
